These shorts ride up so bad while running and do not stay in place at all

Runs large, not flattering.

The fit is larger than expected (I'm usually an L) and these were way too big. They are also not flattering at all, the "fitted" band is comfortable but the rest of she short is way too thin and completely see-through.
